Emerge Montana Overnight at Sage Lodge

This November, we're heading to Montana for an Emerge Overnight surrounded by mountains, hot springs, incredible food, and some of our favorite humans.

On November 8-9, with an optional pre-party in Bozeman on November 7, we'll gather at Sage Lodge for a little more than 24 hours designed to give us something we rarely get enough of in this industry: time.

Time to slow down. Time to actually talk to the people around us. Time to soak in the hot springs, share a beautiful meal, dance, laugh, and wake up the next morning for breakfast together before heading home.

No rushing around the room collecting business cards. In fact, we believe in leaving them at home.

This is about getting away for a minute, letting your guard down, and building the kinds of relationships that last well beyond an event.

And for anyone who wants to start the fun a little early, we'll be gathering in Bozeman on November 7 for an optional pre-party at the AC Hotel before heading up to Sage Lodge together the following day.

Seats are intentionally limited for our Overnights and we've had a lot of interest for this event, so don't wait to purchase your seat or reserve your room.

HOTEL & ROOM BLOCK
Room block information and booking details are coming soon.  Your event registration does not include your hotel room. We strongly encourage staying with the group at Sage Lodge so you can experience the entire Overnight with us.  Rooms are extremely limited and the cutoff is extremely early, so we recommend securing your room as soon as possible.  Lodge Rooms at Sage are available for the night of November 8, 2026, at a discounted rate of $149 + Resort Fee + Tax for attendees. Rooms are limited and will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

To book a room, please email groupreservations@sagelodge.com and mention that you are an attendee of the Emerge Event Collective Gathering.  Must be booked no later than September 9, 2026. For those joining us for the optional November 7 pre-party, additional information about the AC Hotel Bozeman and transportation to Sage Lodge will be coming soon. Transportation will be included. Unfortunately rooms at the Lodge are sold out for Pre and Post dates. We are looking at additional options for rooms nearby should you want to stay longer. 

ATTIRE
Most importantly, be you and be comfortable.  Your presence is valued far more than perfection, and no matter what you wear, you are still welcome to attend.  Our attire guides are meant to be exactly that--a guide. When in doubt, pick something in the palette and call it good.  We'll share attire inspiration for the Overnight as we get closer.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, PHOTO USE & MAILING LIST
All sales are final, though your ticket is transferable to another guest.  If you can no longer attend, please email info@emergeeventcollective.com. If we have a waitlist, we may be able to help connect your ticket with another attendee.  You may also transfer your ticket to an industry friend by copying us on the email.  By registering for this event, you understand that your image and likeness may be used in photo and video content captured during the event. You also agree to be added to our mailing list.  You may unsubscribe at any time, though doing so means you run the risk of missing important information about the event you've registered for.
