This event is open exclusively to Emerge members and invited guests through July 1. After that date, any remaining seats will be released to non-members by application. Attendance is intentionally limited to foster meaningful connections, and these events frequently sell out.

A Shuttle from the Beacon Train Station is included with registration. You must indicate on your registration form your arrival time and need in advance.

The room block expired without exception on July 9th. If you are planning on staying overnight, we recommend making your reservation as soon as possible as we are limited.

They may be asked for the location they wish to book a room at. They should say the Beacon location and mention the "Emerge Collective Block" when calling.

Cancellations, Refunds, Photo Use, and Mailing List
All sales are final though your ticket is transferable to another guest. If you cannot attend this event, please email info@emergeeventcollective.com so we can see if we are on a waitlist or you can find an industry friend to go in your place and copy us on the email. By registering for this event you understand that your image and likeness may be used in the photo and video content from the event and you agree to be added to our mailing list (though may unsubscribe at any time through you run the risk of missing information about the event you've registered for).
